I freaking love this dragon. I have long wanted to make a rainbow oriental. Every bit of him is colored clay, only the pupils are painted. I am experimenting with gradients in clay. His rainbow belly turned out so nice! Such smooth color transitions! ![:love:]( "Love")
I think I mixed around 16 or so colors to make his mane transition perfectly. It was kind of a pain in the butt, especially placing all those little hairs one at a time, but totally worth it![:XD:]( "XD")
He and a bunch of other dragons will be up for sale in my etsy shop tomorrow. I'll be writing a journal with all the details shortly.
