basic posing tutorial

as requested a tutorial about posing - including my own kowledge about the matter - I'm no professional and self thought so it's certainly not perfect but maybe include tips one or two might find useful ... and yeah it's a huge wall of text but meh, explaining these things in a video would be too complex and include at least the same amount of text added
