I really like the perspective on this one. I've been playing around with a new brush that I created. It seems to be really working out for me. Does a brush matter? Yes, to me it does. I hear so many digital artists say that the brush doesn't matter, but it does. It's not the only thing, you need skill of course, but a good brush that can give you detail, stroke variation, value shifts, etc is priceless to me. It means that there's less that I have to paint.
